Cancellation & Rescheduling
We keep time free especially for you. If you cannot make it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, so we can offer the time to another client.
More than 48 hours beforeFree cancellation or rescheduling. Your deposit is moved to your new appointment or refunded.
Less than 48 hours before50% of the treatment price is charged. Your deposit is counted towards this amount.
No-show100% of the treatment price is charged. For packages and programs, the session counts as used.
- Deposit. A deposit of €20 is required to confirm every booking. It is deducted from the price of your treatment.
- Late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full price applies.
