More time where it matters
The whole session goes to the zone you care about most.
Body · Targeted treatments
Focused sculpting sessions for the abdomen, waist and legs, combining manual techniques with technology where it suits you.
Targeted sculpting concentrates the session on one or two areas instead of the whole body. More time per zone means more focused manual work: firm strokes, kneading and lifting movements on the abdomen and waist, the legs, or both.
Depending on the format, we add one or two selected technologies, such as cavitation, vacuum therapy or radio frequency, chosen with you for the area you want to focus on.

What clients often notice with regular targeted sessions. Results differ per person and are never guaranteed; this is not a weight-loss treatment.
The whole session goes to the zone you care about most.
With regular sessions, many clients see a smoother-looking skin surface on the legs or waist.
Firm work followed by lymphatic strokes often leaves the legs feeling lighter.
Cavitation, vacuum or radio frequency is chosen for the area, not added by default.
From 35 minutes for a quick focus to 90 minutes for abdomen and legs together.
Works well alongside body sculpting massage or lymphatic drainage in a routine.

At the studio
A short plan for your focus zone, then concentrated work at a pressure that suits you.
We talk about the area you want to work on, your health and what you would like to feel or see.
Where your format includes it, we choose the technology that suits the zone, together.
Firm manual sculpting on your focus area, combined with the selected technology.
Water, light movement and advice on how often to return for that area.
Practical
Targeted sculpting is firm, and technology settings are always set to your comfort. Tell us at any moment and we adjust. Mild redness afterwards is normal and usually fades quickly.
Questions
Choose Waist Sculpt or Legs Sculpt for one zone, Focused Sculpting if you are short on time, and the Abdomen & Legs Combination to treat both in one visit. We are happy to advise.
That depends on your focus area and your health. We choose it with you, for example cavitation, vacuum therapy or radio frequency.
Many clients notice that the skin looks smoother with regular sessions. Cellulite is very individual, so we never promise a specific result.
A regular rhythm works best, for example weekly or every two weeks at first. We suggest a rhythm at your first visit.
The manual work is firm but always adjusted to your comfort. The technologies are set so that they feel comfortable.
Not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a fever or acute infection, thrombosis or severe varicose veins, open wounds or skin inflammation in the area, have recently had surgery, are receiving cancer treatment, have a heart condition or uncontrolled blood pressure, bruise very easily or take blood thinners. If in doubt, check with your doctor first. Some technologies have extra contraindications, such as a pacemaker or metal implants in the area.
