A worked-out feeling
The muscles feel activated, as after a good training session.
Technology · Body
Electrical muscle stimulation that activates the muscles in timed contraction cycles, alongside manual work. It feels like an intense workout.
EMS, electrical muscle stimulation, uses pads placed on the skin to send small electrical impulses to the muscles. The muscles contract and relax in timed cycles, without you having to move.
Many clients describe it as an intense workout while lying still. At ICONIC we combine EMS with manual work, on its own or within our ICONIC Sculpt formats.
