Pre-Lipo massage

Manual massage in the weeks before a planned liposuction, so skin and tissue feel supple and cared for.

We start with a short conversation about your planned procedure and date, then work by hand on the areas that will be treated. Please plan your sessions together with your surgeon.

Post-Lipo lymphatic drainage

Gentle lymphatic drainage after liposuction, once your surgeon has given the go-ahead.

Slow, very light manual strokes, adapted to how your body feels on the day. Choose one area, two areas or the full body, as a single session or as a course.

This is aesthetic aftercare, not medical treatment. It does not replace your surgeon’s instructions or aftercare.
Post-lipo drainage starts only when your surgeon says it is safe to begin.
Please tell us about medication, complications, fever or open wounds before each session.
If pain, redness or swelling increases, contact your surgeon or GP first.

When can I start post-lipo drainage?

Only when your surgeon gives the go-ahead. We do not set the timing ourselves; we follow their advice and adapt each session to how you feel.

How many pre-lipo sessions do I need?

Usually a few sessions in the weeks before your procedure. We plan the number together with you, in line with your surgeon’s advice.

Is it painful?

Pre-lipo massage is a comfortable manual massage. Post-lipo drainage is very light; we adjust pressure and stop whenever something feels uncomfortable.

Can I buy a course?

Yes. Pre-Lipo: 3 sessions €225 or 5 sessions €350. Post-Lipo: 5 sessions €400 or 10 sessions €750.
