Relaxing massage

A full-body massage with warm oil and steady, flowing pressure, simply to release tension and slow down.

A relaxing massage is a full-body treatment with long, gliding strokes, gentle kneading and steady pressure, using warm oil. There is no goal beyond letting the body and mind unwind.

Where our sculpting treatments work actively on the tissue, this hour is about rest. The pace is slow and even, the room is quiet, and you decide whether you want to talk or simply switch off.

Benefits

What clients often describe after an hour of relaxing massage. Everyone experiences it differently.

01

Less muscle tension

Steady pressure helps tight shoulders, neck and back to let go.

02

A calmer mind

A slow, predictable rhythm gives your head room to quieten down.

03

Rest that lasts

Many clients tell us they sleep particularly well after their session.

04

Warmth and comfort

Warm oil and unhurried strokes leave the body warm and the skin soft.

05

Time just for you

One hour without screens, plans or conversation, unless you want it.

06

An easy first step

A gentle way to get to know the studio before trying our sculpting treatments.

Is it right for you?

Who is
it for?

A relaxing massage may suit you when:

  • You carry tension in your shoulders, neck or back, for example from desk work.
  • You are going through a busy or stressful period.
  • You prefer medium, comfortable pressure over firm sculpting.
  • You would like to get to know ICONIC with a classic treatment.
  • You are looking for a moment of rest as a gift to yourself.

This is a wellness massage, not physiotherapy. For pain, injuries or a medical complaint, please see a physiotherapist or your doctor.

Intensity, tailored to you

Most clients enjoy a medium pressure. Prefer it softer or a little firmer, or want extra time on your shoulders? Just say so, before or during the massage.

How to prepare

  • Avoid a heavy meal just before your session.
  • Leave a little time afterwards so you do not have to rush.
  • Wear something comfortable; disposable underwear is provided.
  • Tell us about any health conditions, medication or pregnancy when you book.

Questions

Frequently
asked

How firm is the pressure?

Medium and steady by default. We adjust it to you at any moment: softer, firmer, or more focus on one area.

Can I choose the areas you focus on?

Yes. Tell us at the start where you hold tension, and we spend more time there.

Do I have to talk during the massage?

Not at all. Some clients like to chat, most prefer silence. Both are completely fine.

What should I wear?

Nothing special. You undress to your comfort level; disposable underwear and towels are provided.

Can I combine it with a facial massage?

Yes. You can book a facial massage straight after, for a complete moment of rest from head to toe.

Are there any contraindications?

A relaxing massage is not suitable with a fever or acute infection, thrombosis, open wounds or skin inflammation, or shortly after surgery. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take blood thinners, please tell us and check with your doctor first.
