Massage with sculpted wooden tools: rollers, cups and shaped boards that knead and roll the tissue with rhythm and pressure.
Maderotherapy, from the Spanish "madera" for wood, is a massage technique that uses hand-held wooden tools. Rollers with ridges, cupped shapes and contoured boards are moved over the skin in firm, rhythmic patterns.
The tools add pressure and rhythm that hands alone cannot easily keep up. At ICONIC, maderotherapy is part of our body sculpting treatments, combined with manual sculpting and, in Sculpt & Drain, with G5 massage and lymphatic drainage.
